Capital Area Sportsmen's League
7534 Old River Trail
Lansing, MI 48917

Organized on March 7, 1935 and iincorporated on April 11, 1940, the Ingham County Conservation League was formed to actively support all forms of intelligent conservation for the Ingham County vicinity and Michigan. Because of it’s location, on January 12, 1985 the club’s name was changed to the Capital Area Sportsmen’s League (CASL). Within the CASL there are a number of active clubs for specialized areas of interest. These clubs include: Archery, Pistol, Rifle and Shotgun.

The club can only be the best when the members get involved and participate.

A Very Special Thanks!

Glassen We are extremely happy to announce that The Hal and Jean Glassen Memorial Foundation have given our club a very generous grant of $32,300. The grant is specifically for improvements to shotgun sports, card reader for sporting clays, 10 new covers for sporting clay machines, and new paint that will be applied to the skeet and trap field walls.

This grant is being facilitated by the National Wild Turkey Federation.

The entire Capital Area Sportsmen's League gratefully thanks
The Hal and Jean Glassen Foundation as well as the National Wild Turkey Federation. As an organization we cannot express our gratitude enough for the help these two groups are willing to offer to us. Hal Glassen was a long time member of the Capital Area Sportsmen's League, Once again we appreciate and are truly grateful for the helping hand that these two foundations are willing to lend. It will help our club in ways our members could never have imagined.
